PROOF OF YOUR DOG’S RABIES VACCINATION IS REQUIRED TO TAKE CLASS. (Puppies under five months excluded).

Pre-registration is required.

Follow your veterinarian’s recommendation for other vaccines and preventives. Recommended: DHPP, Bordetella & Canine Flu.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG IF IT IS SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF ILLNESS OR DISEASE.

Application, rabies certificate, and payment must be received PRIOR to the first class to save your spot.
